As of right now no one knows, but there is hype over some titles, including big developers like Blizzard, Bethseda, ArenaNet and much more. While each game is in different phases and some may even just be rumors, currently on the market for release this year is GuildWars 2 and World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, both in the beta phase. Beta is when players get to test the game before release. The hype most recently is about a game that is owned by Bethseda, called The Elder Scrolls Online which is made up of the story that every gamer has experienced which is The Elder Scrolls Series, most recently Skyrim was released for all consoles, excluding the Wii. Eventually people hope to move the game from the keyboard and into your living room where you play with something like Kinect for the Xbox and have a suit to bring roleplaying to a whole other level. This may not be too far off in the future, but games are starting to get more and more advanced, especially in the security sector of the industry. Now players have an app on their smart phone that gives them a random generated code they must punch in to log on to games, most recently Blizzard Entertainment has added sms alerts which send alerts when players accounts get locked or passwords are changed. The next part is the technological advances with computer software and hardware, even though players play in a 3D world on a 2D screen it is not true 3D. Graphics card companies have been developing and have released cards and special screens that are in true 3D, but games do not fully support it, how long until games require it?
